Job-Role&KeyResponsibility:
Co-ordinatewithplanning&SalesdeptforDispatchofMaterial.
Planningandarrangementoftransportationwithreputedlogistics.
Toensureappropriatechecking/inspectionisdonebeforetheFGisbeingloadedontovehicleanddeliverytodealersandcustomers.
TimelydispatchofFGProductstodealers/customertofulfillaspertheMarketing&salesteamasperrequirement.
Tokeepeffectivecoordinationwiththeplant-toensureFGproductsproduced&approvedaremadereadytomeetdemand.
Generatingandfollow-upofRoadPermit,E-Sugam,andCT-3,etc.
Ensurematerialpackedaspercustomerrequirementwillbeloadedproperlyinthevehicle.
PreparationdailyDomestic&ExportSalesInvoicealongwithpackingslipinJDEdwards,PreparationofARE1&ARE3,etc
Ensurematerialisstoredproperlysafelyatitsallocatedareawithproperidentificationtagetc.
PreparationofstockStatement.MaintainPhysicalStock
