चालू घडामोडी (22 डिसेंबर 2019)

मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे यांची मोठी घोषणा :

अतिवृष्टी आणि अवकाळी पावसाने कंबरडे मोडलेल्या राज्यातील शेतकऱ्यांसाठी राज्य सरकारने मोठी घोषणा केली आहे. राज्यातील शेतकऱ्यांचे 30 सप्टेंबर 2019 पर्यंत असलेले दोन लाख रुपयांपर्यंतचे थकीत कर्ज माफ करण्यात येणार असल्याची घोषणा मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे यांनी आज विधानसभेत केली आहे.
तसेच महात्मा ज्योतिराव फुले शेतकरी कर्जमुक्ती योजना असे नाव या योजनेला देण्यात आले आहे.
तर शेतकऱ्यांचे 2 लाख रुपयांपर्यंतचे कर्ज माफ करण्यात येईल. कर्जमाफीच्या प्रकियेची सुरुवात ही मार्च महिन्यांपासून होईल. तसेच कर्जमाफीचे पैसे हे शेतकऱ्यांच्या बँक खात्यात थेट जमा केले जातील. तसेच नियमित कर्ज भरणाऱ्यांसाठी येत्या 15 दिवसांत योजना जाहीर केली जाईल.’
यावेळी राज्यातील राजधानीपासून दूरच्या भागात राहणाऱ्या नागरिकांना आपल्या समस्या थेट मुख्यमंत्र्यांपर्यंत पोहोचवता याव्यात यासाठी मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे यांनी मोठी घोषणा केली आहे. आता प्रत्येक जिल्ह्यात सीएमओ अर्थात मुख्यमंत्र्यांचे कार्यालय स्थापन करण्याची घोषणा उद्धव ठाकरे यांनी केली आहे.

माता मृत्यू रोखण्यासाठी विशेष कृती आराखडा :

राज्यातील माता मृत्यूंचे प्रमाण वाढत असल्यामुळे आता यावर नियंत्रण मिळविण्यासाठी राज्य शासनाच्या आरोग्य विभागाने पुढाकार घेतला आहे. माता मृत्यू रोखण्यासाठी विशेष कृती आराखडा तयार केला असून त्याअंतर्गत सर्व जिल्ह्यांतील आरोग्य विभागाला माता मृत्यू सनियंत्रण आराखडा तयार करण्याचे आदेश देण्यात आले आहेत.
राज्यातील माता मृत्यूचा दर हा एक लाख प्रसूतीमागे 61 इतका आहे. 2020 अखेर हे प्रमाण प्रतिलाखामागे 30 एवढे कमी करण्याचे ध्येय आरोग्य विभागाने बाळगले आहे. प्रसूतीदरम्यान वाढणारा रक्तदाब, प्रसूतीपूर्व किंवा त्यानंतर होणारा रक्तस्राव, जंतूदोष या तीन आरोग्य समस्या मातेच्या मृत्यूस कारणीभूत ठरत असल्याचे या प्रकरणांच्या आढाव्यातून समोर येत आहे.
तर या तिन्ही समस्यांतून मातेला वाचवता येऊ शकते. यातून होणारे मृत्यू टाळण्यासाठी कुटुंब कल्याण कार्यालयातर्फे आरोग्य केंद्रातील उपचार व गर्भवतींची काळजी घेण्याच्या अनुषंगाने विविध उपाययोजना करण्याचे सुचविले आहे.
माता मृत्यू कृती नियंत्रण आराखडा तयार करण्याचे आदेश जिल्हा शल्यचिकित्सक व जिल्हा आरोग्य अधिकारी यांना दिले आहेत.
माता मृत्यू दर कमी करण्यासाठी कुटुंब कल्याण विभागामार्फत आवश्यक कृती योजना तयार करण्याचे निर्देश दिले आहेत. त्यानुसार, 12 आठवड्यांच्या आत गर्भवतींची नोंद करून त्यातील जोखीमग्रस्त भागातील मातांची वेगळी नोंद करणे. त्यांच्या आरोग्य स्थितीनुसार उपचारांची व्यवस्था करण्याच्या सूचना दिल्या आहेत.

भारतातील विश्वभारती विद्यापीठ सन 1921 मध्ये सुरू झाले.
