• Any Graduate
• 0 – 1 year experience in health insurance (payer), preferably freshers
• Good in oral and written communication
• Typing skills alpha numeric (30 wpm) with 98% accuracy
• Good analytical, comprehension & decision making skills
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Flexible with the ability to work on multiple tasks
• Flexible to work in any shift
• Should be able to work on Indian holidays
• Should be able to meet weekly / daily target along with quality output
• Ability to prioritize and manage a work caseload.
