जागा जास्त, अर्ज कमी - आरोग्य अधिकारी भरती Health Department Bharti 2020 Details

महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्यावतीने नेमण्यात येणाऱ्या ‘कम्युनिटी हेल्थ आॅफिसर’ या पदासाठी सिंधुदुर्ग आणि रत्नागिरी जिल्ह्यांमध्ये जेवढ्या जागा आहेत त्यापेक्षा निम्मेही अर्ज न आल्याचे चित्र समोर आले आहे. उलट कोल्हापूरला मात्र याच पदासाठी तिप्पट अर्ज दाखल झाले आहेत.



सर्वच आरोग्य उपकेंद्रांना अशा पद्धतीचे कंत्राटी आरोग्य अधिकारी देण्याचा निर्णय शासनाच्यावतीने घेण्यात आला होता. त्यानुसार काही जिल्ह्यांमध्ये ही भरतीप्रक्रिया पारही पडली. मात्र, महापूर, लोकसभा आणि विधानसभा निवडणूक यामुळे कोल्हापूर मंडळातील सांगली वगळता कोल्हापूर, सिंधुदुर्ग, रत्नागिरी जिल्ह्यांची भरती प्रक्रिया झाली नव्हती.

ही प्रक्रिया सुरू करण्यात आली असून, जाहिरातीद्वारे अर्ज मागविण्यात आले होते. कोल्हापूरच्या ३८० जागांसाठी तिप्पट म्हणजे ९०३ अर्ज आले आहेत, तर सिंधुदुर्गसाठी २७० जागा असताना तेथे फक्त ८० डॉक्टरनी अर्ज केले आहेत. रत्नागिरीसाठी ३५० जागा असताना तेथेही फक्त १७४ अर्ज दाखल करण्यात आले आहेत.


या अर्जांची सध्या कोल्हापूरच्या आरोग्य उपसंचालक कार्यालयामध्ये छाननी सुरू असून, त्यानंतर यातील पात्र उमेदवारांची यादी लावून याबाबत हरकती मागविण्यात येतील. त्यातून पात्र उमेदवारांची लेखी परीक्षा घेतली जाईल.

त्यात उत्तीर्ण झालेल्यांना सहा ते आठ महिन्यांचे प्रशिक्षण देण्यात येणार आहे. त्यानंतर नाशिक आरोग्य विद्यापीठाच्यावतीने प्रशिक्षणानंतर एक परीक्षा घेण्यात येणार आहे. त्यातून उत्तीर्ण झालेल्या उमेदवारांची या पदांवर नियुक्ती केली जाणार आहे.

निकष आणि मानधन

बीएएमएस किंवा बीएस्सी. (नर्सिंग) झालेले उमेदवार यासाठी पात्र असून, त्यांना दरमहा २५ हजार रुपये ठोक मानधन देण्यात येणार आहे. याशिवाय त्यांचे महिन्यातील काम पाहून कामगिरीवर आधारित १५ हजार रुपयांचा प्रोत्साहन भत्ता देण्यात येणार आहे.

कोल्हापूरमधील पात्र उमेदवारांना कोकणात संधी

सिंधुदुर्ग आणि रत्नागिरी जिल्ह्यांतील आरोग्य अधिकारी पदाच्या जेवढ्या जागा आहेत त्यापेक्षा निम्मेही अर्ज आलेले नाहीत. उलट कोल्हापूर जिल्ह्यात तिप्पट अर्ज आले आहेत. त्यामुळे जर कोल्हापूरचे उमेदवार असलेल्या जागांपेक्षा अधिक संख्येने पात्र झाले तर त्यांना रत्नागिरी आणि सिंधुदुर्ग जिल्ह्यांत सेवा करता येईल, असे सूत्रांनी सांगितले.

प्रत्येक उपकेंद्रावर या वैद्यकीय अधिकाऱ्यांनी दुपारपर्यंत थांबणे बंधनकारक असून, त्यांनी येणाऱ्या रुग्णांची देखभाल करावयाची आहे. दुपारनंतर त्यांनी सर्व लसीकरण कार्यक्रम, राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण आरोग्य अभियान आणि अन्य शासकीय योजनांच्या प्रभावी अंमलबजावणीसाठी काम करणे अपेक्षित आहे.






It has been revealed that less than half of the seats in Sindhudurg and Ratnagiri districts have been filled for the post of 'Community Health Officer' appointed by the Government of Maharashtra. On the contrary, Kolhapur has filed three triples for the same post.

It was decided by the government to give all health sub-centers such contract health officers. Accordingly, the recruitment process was carried out in some districts. However, due to the election of Mahapur, Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha, the recruitment process of Kolhapur, Sindhudurg and Ratnagiri districts was not done except in Sangli, Kolhapur.

The process has been started and applications were requested through advertisement. Of the 3 seats in Kolhapur, 380 have been applied, while Sindhudurg has 270 seats while only 80 doctors have applied. While there were 350 seats for Ratnagiri, only 4 applications have been filed.

These applications are currently under scrutiny in the office of the Deputy Director of Health, Kolhapur, after which a list of eligible candidates will be filed and inquiries will be made. There will be written examination of the eligible candidates.

For those who have passed, six to eight months will be given training. Thereafter, an examination will be conducted after training by Nashik Health University. The candidates who have passed this will be appointed to these posts.

BAMS or B.Sc. (Nursing) candidates are eligible for this, they will be given a stipend of Rs. 25000per month. In addition to this, the incentive allowance of Rs. 15000

Eligible candidates from Kolhapur get opportunity in Konkan

In Sindhudurg and Ratnagiri districts, more than half of the vacant posts of health officials have not been applied. On the contrary, Kolhapur district has tripled applications. Therefore, if the number of candidates in Kolhapur is more than eligible, then they can be served in Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg districts, sources said.

At each sub-station these medical officers are obliged to wait till noon, and they have to take care of the incoming patients. By noon, they are expected to work for effective implementation of all vaccination programs, National Rural Health Mission and other government schemes.
